Staff polls
Staff polls are for internal decisions: every team member votes, and their vote weighs according to their grade in the hierarchy.
Creating a poll
Section titled “Creating a poll”Click New Poll
The form opens.
Write the question
Poll title (for example New rules for the general channel) and Description covering the subject of the vote.
Add the options
The Add an option button creates as many as needed. At least two valid options are required.
Set an automatic close (optional)
Then click Publish the poll.
Following the results
Section titled “Following the results”Each poll shows:
- its status: Ongoing or Closed;
- its author and its end date;
- the total expressed in vote points, not in number of voters.
Closing
Section titled “Closing”The Close now button ends the poll before its deadline. Kotbo asks for confirmation, then freezes the results.
When no vote is running, the section shows No active poll.
