Analytics
The Analytics page measures what actually happens on your server: messages, voice, joins, retention, moderation and invites, over the period you choose.
Choosing the period
Section titled “Choosing the period”The offered periods are 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, or a custom range. The Live Feed shows the time of the last update.
The six categories

Engagement
Section titled “Engagement”- Top chatters and Top voice users, with the full ranking, a search by name and pagination.
- Popular text channels and popular voice channels, by message volume and by time spent.
- Commands executed: overall use of the bot’s commands and a breakdown per command.
- Network: the graph of interactions between members.
Members
Section titled “Members”- Population flow: joins and leaves, daily or cumulative, with per-day averages and the net balance.
- Active members: peak concurrent activity, all-time peak, average and minimum.
- Members displaying the server tag: how the number of members showing the official tag evolves.
- A button lets you sync existing members to fill in the history.
Growth
Section titled “Growth”- Returning members: members active this week after 30 days or more away.
- Retention by source: the share of members still present 90 days later, per invite.
- Join cohorts: for each join week, the percentage still present at D+1, D+7 and D+30.
- DAU / WAU / MAU and stickiness (DAU/MAU).
- Week vs week: comparison of two periods on messages, voice time, joins, leaves and sanctions, with the absolute change and an estimated retention.
- Hourly heatmap: messages by day and by hour.
Invites
Section titled “Invites”Total codes, active codes, total uses and average per code, with the list of popular codes and inactive codes. A shortcut opens the Invites page to act on them.
Exporting
Section titled “Exporting”The Export button offers three formats:
- CSV export
- XLSX export
- Image export, which generates an image of every chart visible on screen
Switching collection off
Section titled “Switching collection off”The Activity statistics switch on the Settings page stops all recording: messages, voice minutes, reactions, threads, joins and leaves, per-member statistics, word frequency and usage rankings.
The other modules (moderation, tickets, levels and so on) keep working normally. Only the bot’s technical measurements (execution times and errors, with no identity at all) are kept.
